If you have troubles to download the call files, using Netscape you may need to set your preferences
In menu item

OPTIONS PREFERENCES SET PREFERENCES ON select Helper applications press button NEW TYPE... Type in MIME TYPE anabat Type in MIME SUB TYPE binary Press OK button Type in the EXTENSIONS line bin Press OK button
And that's how it should look like:

If you use other browsers make sure to download the files as binary files.
