The Charles Sturt University Foundation Trust makes an outstanding contribution to the University and its students by providing funding for a range of activities. The foundation receives philanthropic gifts in the form of donations, bequests, endowments, scholarships, sponsorships, artefacts, and assets.
The Foundation aids and promotes excellence in the education, research and service activities of Charles Sturt University by seeking, receiving and administering private sponsorship for the benefit of the University.
The Foundation provides donors the opportunity to support projects and programs that are beyond the scope of the University's general budget. Activities include a capital development program, internships, guest lectureships, cooperative research projects and a scholarship scheme.
Support for the Charles Sturt University Foundation Trust can be provided through the Foundation and gifts are tax-deductible, as the Foundation is a non-profit organisation.
