CSU in Manly is home to the Charles Sturt University Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security (AGSP).
Co-located with the Australian Institute of Police Management (AIPM), the campus offers a range of postgraduate courses in policing by distance education.
The Australian Institute of Police Management (AIPM) has been integral in developing police managers and executives through its management and leadership programs. The programs have a reputation for outstanding quality through the involvement of senior executives from the corporate sector as presenters in the programs, bringing a wealth of diversity and experience to classroom activities.
The Centre's Library is a professional police management and leadership resource centre of excellence. The library prides itself on providing current quality information, which supports professional development for the Australasian policing community.

The Australian Graduate School of Police Management was established in 1992.
CSU and the Australian Institute of Police Management jointly funded the construction of academic offices and a library facility on the Manly Campus which was completed in February 1997.
