Memorandum of Understanding

Charles Sturt University and Dubbo City Council entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance both Dubbo city and the University and to assist each other to meet their beneficial strategic objectives. One of the key objectives under this partnership is to enhance the integration of the University within the City of Dubbo and to maximise the benefits a University brings to a region by contributing to the training and retention of professionals.

The cooperation between the two institutions contributes to a sustainable economic, environmental and social development of the Dubbo Council Local Government Area and the broader region. It provides the community, business, government and Indigenous agencies with opportunities for mutually beneficial engagement.
