Dubbo Head of Campus

Welcome from the Head of Campus

Cathy Maginnis

The Dubbo campus is a small and vibrant community that has recently undergone a major revitalisation project resulting in a contemporary and relaxed setting. The campus is student-centric with a variety of learning spaces to accommodate student needs as well as an area to engage the community and share these spaces. The cafĂ© and al fresco area provide a great space to relax, catch up with friends, and meet with people or study.  We are proud to be part of our rural and regional community and support artist's by offering space for exhibitions and spaces for community and businesses to meet and offer educational opportunities. We have engaged with our local community and continue to engage with arts, business, and sporting groups as well as offering the community opportunities to listen to dynamic speakers through the public exploration series. We offer on campus courses in nursing, education and social work and offer the same support and facilities for students studying online. We are a campus that is looking to the future and to support students and the community where we are situated by actively engaging with industry, employers and the community to encourage lifelong learning and providing opportunities for the community to engage and collaborate with staff and students.
