Enrolment

When a student has been offered a place in a course, and the offer has been accepted and all of the conditions for enrolment have been met then they may enrol in the course.

The enrolment policies detail the processes for correct enrolment, payment of fees, HECS HELP, the selection of subjects, prerequisites, student identification, personal data, confirmation of enrolment & HECS HELP liability, re enrolment, adding subjects to enrolment, withdrawal from subjects, leave of absence, enrolment in more than one course, mixed mode enrolment (ie enrolling in internal & distance education subjects) and refusal of enrolment.

Faculties are permitted to develop specific Faculty policy in relation to academic regulations as long as it is consistent with the academic regulations. Links to Faculty policies, which are published and monitored by the relevant Faculties, are currently being established.
