Prizes
At the end of each academic year the Faculties, through the schools, award prizes to graduating and continuing students for academic excellence.
Prizes are usually funded by an outside donor such as a large organisation or the family of former staff or students or internally by the faculties or schools.
The process for the selection and awarding of prizes is administered through schools.
Staff wishing to establish a prize should read the Prizes Policy [.PDF] and talk to staff in the Office of Academic Governance who will assist them in the process of establishing a prize.

Outstanding academic performance by an undergraduate student in a Faculty can also be acknowledged in the Dean's List.
