Responsible for:
- Provide administrative support for the Academic Programs Committee;
- Undertake the role of Secretary to the following Faculty Committees which have been established by the Academic Senate:
- Science Faculty Board;
- Science Faculty Courses Committee;
- Science Faculty Assessment Committee; and
- Science Faculty Standing Committee.
- Executive Officer to academic quality audit committees and academic working parties.
- Provide advice and assistance to staff, students and members of the public in relation to academic regulations, procedures and policy-related issues.
- Conduct elections for the Science Faculty Board and ensure that nominations and appointments are made to related committees.
