Responsible for:
- Undertake the role of Secretary to the following Faculty Committees which have been established by Academic Senate:
- Education Faculty Board;
- Education Faculty Courses Committee;
- Education Faculty Assessment Committee; and
- Education Faculty Standing Committee.
- Complete regular updates of the Academic Manual.
- Provide administrative support for the University Course Planning Committee.
- Executive Officer to academic quality audit committees and academic working parties.
- Provide advice and assistance to staff, students and members of the public in relation to academic regulations, procedures and policy related issues.
- Conduct elections for the Education Faculty Board and ensure that nominations and appointments are made to related committees.
