Step 1

Read your Offer of Admission letter carefully

  • Page 1 - Shows the course you have been offered.
  • Page 2 - Lists course information and/or conditions of the offer. Any conditions specified in the offer must be met by the first day of Session.
  • Page 3 - Displays any credit that may have been awarded.
  • Page 4 - Standard subject enrolment and acceptance declaration.

Step 2

Activate your CSU login to obtain your CSU Username and Password

Please note: You will need to return to this page and complete your acceptance of offer after activating your CSU login. Your position in the course cannot be confirmed by activating your CSU login.

Step 3

Accept your offer

Before officially accepting your offer, View Charles Sturt University's Student Charter and Charles Sturt University's admission and enrolment regulations.  Other Charles Sturt University policies are available upon written request.

Go to the CSU Acceptance page and select the grey tab at the top labelled Offer Decisions.

Part of the Acceptance process involves nominating an Exam Centre.  You are not required to travel more than 120km from your home to sit an examination, but you must nominate a centre.  If you can't find a location in that area, then select the All locations are >120km away option and the Examinations Office will contact you.

Offer Lapse Date

Offers of Admission should be accepted by the date specified on your Offer of Admission.


Offer Conditions

Your Acceptance of Offer will be finalised once all Offer Conditions have been met (see Offer Conditions on page 2 of your Offer of Admission). Please forward the additional required information to the CSU Admissions Office by the date indicated. Further information is available by visiting the Conditions of Offer page.


Acceptance Notification

You should receive an email confirmation when you have accepted your offer of admission online.  If this confirmation is not received contact the Admissions Office to confirm that your acceptance has been processed correctly.

Step 4

Pay your fees

Payment of your fees is due before the start of each session and once you are enrolled you may pay your tuition fees at any time.  You can check the fees payable and approved payment methods

If payment has not been received before the start of session you will be sent a Financial Statement from the Division of Financial Services via your CSU EBox.

Tuition Fees & other Charges

 

Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF)

CSU charges a Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF). 

The SSAF contributes to the maintenance and ongoing development of essential services and amenities for a wide range of students, both on and off campus, without the need to reduce funding for teaching and research.

CSU will send out invoices for SSAF each session, which needs to be paid before cenus date.

Step 5

Download & mail the Student ID Card form

You will need to produce your CSU ID Card to access the facilities of the CSU Library and as proof of identification when sitting examinations.  The ID Card application form should be returned with your passport size photograph to your administrative Student Administration Office campus as indicated on your offer letter.

Start your CSU Online Orientation

 

A thorough orientation is essential to successful study at CSU. The time between accepting your offer and the start of your first session is the perfect time to begin your orientation.
