Accept my offer - STUDY LINK

Accept your offer to study at CSU's ontario campusCongratulations on receiving an offer and welcome to STUDY LINK.  At CSU we recognise the importance of preparation for University study and STUDY LINK is designed to really kick-start your studies. 

To successfully accept your offer you must complete the four steps below in the order they are presented:

   

Step 1

Read your offer of admission carefully

If you have any questions about your offer or what you need to do now, contact the CSU Admissions Office on (02) 6933 4334 or at admissions@csu.edu.au

Step 2

Activate your username and password

If you are already an enrolled student with CSU or have recently activated your username and password whilst accepting another offer you can skip this step as your username and password will be the same.

Please note: You will need to return to this page and complete your acceptance of offer after activating your CSU username and password. Your position in the course cannot be confirmed by activating your CSU username and password.

Step 3

Accept your STUDY LINK Offer 

Now that you have activated your CSU username and password, you will need to use these to accept your offer to STUDY LINK.

Before officially accepting your offer, View Charles Sturt University's Student Charter and Charles Sturt University's admission and enrolment regulations.  Other Charles Sturt University policies are available upon written request.

Step 4

Download and mail the student ID Card Form

The CSU Student Card form is available from the CSU card website.  If you are already an enrolled student or have recently submitted this form you can skip this step.

What Next

Once you have accepted your offer you will be able to access your Subject Outline and online copies of the study material on the subject Interact site.  This access can sometimes be delayed by 24 hours so if it is not available immediately please try again the next day.

If you are unable to access your Interact site through these links (after waiting 24 hours), please contact Student Central on 1800 275 278 or email: ask@csu.edu.au, so a job can be lodged with the IT Helpdesk to resolve your access problems. 

Subject Outline

When you access the INTERACT site for your subject, you will find the SUBJECT OUTLINE (which gives you the overall course information) on the menu on the left hand side.

Study Guide

You will also find the STUDY GUIDE (which is the subject material) in the MODULES section (if the subject is offered fully on-line) or in the RESOURCES section (so that you can start before a printed version arrives by post).

Communicating on the Forum

You can make contact with your Subject Coordinator and other students in the subject via the FORUM.  Ensure that you introduce yourself on the Forum so that your Subject Coordinator knows you are starting off. This is very helpful as the STUDY LINK terms are now quite long to allow students to start off at a time that suits them.

A thorough orientation is essential to successful study at CSU. The time between accepting your offer and the start of your first session is the perfect time to begin your orientation.

The CSU Online Orientation will provide you with information on The Essentials, Preparing for University Life, Preparing for University Study, Stategies for Success and information specific to your type of study.
