Copyright for international students

International students

This advice only applies to copying done under Australian law. 

Overseas students can view the copyright laws of their own countries, to see what rights they have to copy others' work, at UNESCO's Collection of National Copyright Laws.

Ontario students

Students enrolled at the Ontario Campus of CSU can rely on the Proprietary College Licence with Access Copyright (the Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency).  The licence allows incidental photocopying.  The Access Copyright website has some helpful Frequently Asked Questions.
