DE Textbook Equity Grant provides financial assistance to purchase compulsory textbooks to meet course requirements $300 co-op bookshop credit
Emergency Equity Grant CSU recognises that unforeseen adverse or emergency events can occur for students. To assist students who suffer such events, CSU offers the Equity Emergency Grant (EEG) up to $500
Emergency Equity Food Vouchers Provides assistance to students in need of immediate assistance to purchase food and personal items $60 max in food vouchers
Professional Placement Equity Grant Provides financial assistance for professional placement. The grant is approximately $50 to $100 per week of placement to a maximum of a total grant of $1000. up to $50 - $100 per week
Relocation Equity Grant (Accommodation) Provides financial assistance towards On Campus Accommodation for 1st year, Undergraduate, Commonwealth Supported students receiving a Centrelink Benefit who must relocate to attend CSU and will be residing in CSU on-campus residences $1500
Residential School Equity Grant Provides financial assistance to attend a compulsory residential school up to $73 per night
Technology Equity Grant Provides financial assistance to eligible 1st year, undergraduate, Commonwealth supported students to purchase computer equipment and/or broadband internet so that they are not disadvantaged in their studies by not having access to online connectivity up to $500
Indigenous Access Scholarship Provides Indigenous Students financial support to assist with the general costs of commencing University education $4659
CSU Equity Scholarship Funds to assist with the general costs of University education $2000
CSU Postgraduate Equity Scholarship Assists students from Equity Groups to study at CSU in a Postgraduate (coursework) course $2000
Indigenous Commonwealth Accommodation Scholarships Provides financial support to assist with the accommodation costs of University education. $4939
Indigenous Commonwealth Education Costs Scholarships Provides Indigenous Students financial support to assist with the general costs of University education $2469
TAFE to University Scholarship A TAFE specific scholarship program open to students studying a Diploma or Advanced Diploma at one of the following CSU formal TAFE partners; Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT), TAFE NSW Western Institute, TAFE NSW Riverina Institute, TAFE NSW Northern Sydney Institute, TAFE NSW North Coast Institute, Wodonga Institute of TAFE, Sunraysia Institute of TAFE and Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE and also available to all TAFE NSW Institutes $2500
GOTAFE Scholarship A cash scholarship for Wangaratta GOTAFE campus Undergraduate students. If you receive the scholarship you will also receive a one off payment of a $300 CSU Textbook Grant and a $500 CSU Technology Grant. $5000 in total (+ grants)
CSU Pathway and Partnership Scholarship Provides financial assistance to students studying in a CSU Pathway, articulated or Integrated Program with CSU and a TAFE Institute. You must have completed a CSU Pathway Program or the University Certificate or Diploma in General Studies or are participating in a recognised articulated or integrated studies with CSU and a TAFE institute. $2000
CSU Excellence Scholarship Based on a combination of academic merit with an ATAR of 95 and above (inclusive of Regional Bonus) and evidence of leadership and citizenship within the community $5000 (per annum)
CSU Science Scholarship A helping hand to start your career in science by providing financial assistance for up to four years. Awarded on merit and for students who have an ATAR of 80 or above (inclusive or Regional Bonus), or non Year 12 leavers who can demonstrate high level attainment in other studies, achievements and/or work experience. $4000 (per annum)
CSU Honours Scholarship & SCF (HECS) Exempt Award A cash scholarship for meritorious students studying Honours courses. CSU has elected to waive the SCF for successful CSU Honours Scholarship recipients for 2013. $4000 + SCF (HECS) Exemption
Port Macquarie Equity Scholarship Assists students who are studying at CSU in Port Macquarie (or a Distance Education course administered from Port Macquarie) with the general costs of University education $3000
Port Macquarie Excellence Scholarship Awarded to students based on a combination of evidence of leadership and citizenship within the community and students who have achieved high results at secondary school, and/or TAFE studies and/or University studies. $4000 per annum
