CSU's Master of Information Technology has a practical focus and a range of specialisations, allowing you to tailor a degree to suit your needs and apply your knowledge to real-life situations. You can study the course online, on campus at CSU Port Macquarie, or at a CSU Study Centre in  Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

  • Master of Information Technology (12 subjects)

    CSU's Master of Information Technology (12 subjects) allows you to gain practical knowledge and skills across a range of information technology (IT) areas. You can study a broad course, selecting subjects from different IT fields, or complete a specialisation in an area such as Business Analysis, Computer Networking, IT Management, Network Security, Software Design and Development, or Systems Analysis. The course can be completed in two years full-time (studying three subjects per session) or three years part-time.

  • Master of Information Technology (16 subjects)

    You can select two distinct specialisations or complete additional elective subjects by enrolling in the Master of Information Technology (16 subjects). This course option allows you to study a broader range of subjects to suit your career path, or explore more subjects that interest you. The course can be completed in two years of full-time study or four years of part-time study.

  • Graduate Diploma of Information Technology

    CSU's Graduate Diploma of Information Technology offers a shorter program of postgraduate study to enable you to enhance your knowledge without the time commitment of a Masters degree. You can enrol directly into the Graduate Diploma, or graduate with the Graduate Diploma if you decide to exit the Masters early and have completed the Graduate Diploma requirements. In this course, you will complete core Information Technology subjects, as well as have the option to select four Information Technology electives to tailor your degree to suit your needs. The Graduate Diploma of Information Technology can be completed in one year of full-time study or two years of part-time study.
