Course structure

If you enrol in the Master of Applied Science, you will be eligible to exit with the Graduate Diploma of Applied Science (Library and Information Management) after completion of Stage One (64 subject points), normally after two years of study. Having completed Stage Two (a further 32 subject points), you will be eligible for the Master of Applied Science (Library and Information Management). Both awards, the Master of Applied Science and the Graduate Diploma, will enable you to become a professional member of ALIA, provided you meet ALIA’s other membership requirements.
