These courses provide a broad, comprehensive and forward-looking orientation that equips students to research, monitor, analyse and make effective decisions in relation to the complex issues confronting the modern manager at both strategic and operational levels.
Students are provided with the opportunity to develop conceptual tools, knowledge and skills in relevant disciplinary areas, and to understand how these can be applied to practical management situations. Students are also equipped to evaluate the effectiveness of their managerial assumptions, attitudes, values and behavioural styles, and design a personal professional development program that provides them with a forward and pro-active outlook and the interpersonal skills needed to manage successfully.
