On completion of this course, students will:
Students will receive Ontario-based tutorial support for each of the 15 subjects offered on CSU's Ontario Campus. For each subject, tutorial support will comprise a one-day orientation (Saturday or Sunday) with an Ontario-based academic and designated time for ‘web-chat’ and telephone consultation during the study session.
NOTE: Canadian students are eligible to complete the standard Master of Business Administration program offered by CSU via distance education. Students enrolled in the standard MBA program will not be entitled to the tutorial support offered on Ontario Campus at Burlington. The standard MBA admission requirements will apply.
Candidates may receive transfer credit for up to six subjects (or 48 points) for prior study if they can demonstrate that such study was completed within the past five years at postgraduate level equivalent to the MBA, and that the candidate has not received a University qualification/award based upon any of the subjects for which credit is being claimed.
To graduate from the Master of Business Administration offered through CSU's Ontario Campus, students must satisfactorily complete all 15 subjects as specified, equivalent to 128 points (i.e. fourteen 8 point subjects and one 16 point subject).
The Bachelor of Primary Education Studies program is offered under the written consent of the Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities for the period from 24th December 2004 to 24th December 2009. The Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies, Master of International Education (School Leadership) and Master of Business Administration programs are offered under the written consent of the Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities for the period from 17th April 2009 to 17th April 2014. To be eligible for admission into the Master of Business Administration - Canada program, students must have the following:
Each year a limited number of applicants with extensive work experience (10-15 years of mid-management or higher level) and a GMAT score of at least 600 who do not hold an undergraduate degree may be admitted to the program. Those with a recognised certification (e.g. CA, CMA, CGA, CIM, CFA, FICB) may also be considered.

Course materials
When studying by distance education you may receive:
Distance education students usually study two 8 point subjects per semester. More or fewer subjects may be studied in consultation with the Course Coordinator.
Teleconferencing
Telephone tutorials may also be used to supplement face-to-face contact between students and academic staff. Conference calls enable several students, either at home or at a common location, to participate in a group tutorial with academic staff.
Direct telephone contact and email
Students are encouraged to maintain direct contact with staff by telephone or email. Office telephone numbers and email addresses will be supplied and telephone answering services are available in the offices of Course Coordinators. Students will also be advised of numbers for the School's central telephone answering and facsimile machines.
Online forums
Students may participate in various forums online, enabling direct and instant contact with staff and other students.
