The CSU Graduate Certificate in Organisational Change has a strong workplace focus and will allow you to develop skills and knowledge that can be readily applied in your professional life. The course provides rigorous assignments that have both a theoretical base and a strong practical emphasis. Assessments are designed so that students are able to directly apply their learning to the workplace. These assignments are tremendous learning opportunities which enable students to test their knowledge and ideas, and receive expert feedback.
It is this focus on application, experimentation and feedback which is essential to developing your business and leadership knowledge and skills.
In many cases, assignments may require you to act as a consultant or business manager to identify business issues and problems and develop creative solutions to overcome these challenges. Throughout their studies, students may undertake assignments requiring the development of a strategic marketing or management plan for the organisation or identifying human resource management problems and recommending solutions for implementation.

I will be attending Charles Sturt University to study a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management.
I participated in the module Doing Business in China in 2009 and found this a very worthwhile course, which enhanced my understanding of the Chinese culture and cultural concept with the aim of creating a better understanding of how to approach business in China.
Having travelled to China on business on many occasions I was both excited and a little sceptical about the Doing Business in China module. However, I was amazed by the increase in my knowledge of China after the first couple of lectures alone!
CSU offers Business courses in the discipline areas of mathematics and statistics, IT, marketing, management and accounting.
