Course structure

The recommended study structure for the Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma courses is one CSU and one industry-based subject [Code MGI---] of study each trimester.

Graduate Certificate in Project Management

Graduate Certificate students are required to undertake four subjects comprising two management core subjects and two industry subjects.

Industry Stream subjects
MGI511 Project Management Fundamentals (CAPM)
MGI512 The Project Lifecycle

Graduate Diploma of Project Management

Graduate Diploma students are required to undertake a total of eight subjects comprising four management subjects and four industry subjects. In addition to the first four subjects, which are completed as part of the Graduate Certificate, students complete:

FIN571 Managerial Finance
MGT572 Managing Organisational Change

Industry Stream subjects
MGI513 Enterprise Project Management
MGI514 The Project Management Professional (PMP)

Master of Project Management

Master degree students are required to undertake twelve subjects comprising six management subjects and six industry stream subjects. In addition to the first eight subjects, which are completed as part of the Graduate Diploma, students complete:
