Graduate Certificate in Terrorism, Safety and Security
The Graduate Certificate requires the completion of two core subjects (32 points):
GPM417 History and Motivators of Terrorism (16 points)
GPM418 Current Conflicts and Emerging Threats (16 points)
Graduate Diploma in Terrorism, Safety and Security
The Graduate Diploma requires the completion of three core subjects (40 points):
GPM417 and GPM418 as completed in the Graduate Certificate (32 points),
plus
GPM510 Social Impacts of Terrorism and Counterterrorism (8 points)
and a total of 24 points in restricted electives.
NOTE: Most electives subjects are 8 points in value. Therefore this will require three subjects to be studied, however please check the point value for each subject on enrolment.
Master of Arts (Terrorism, Safety and Security)
The Master of Arts (Terrorism, Safety and Security) requires the completion of five core subjects, plus a number of restricted electives to make the total subject points 96:

GPM419 Radicalisation, De-Radicalisation and Counter Radicalisation (16

and a total of 16 points in restricted electives.
One option for an elective subject includes a one week residential which will discuss current issues and operating methods and will be conducted bi-annually. This will be the equivalent of an 8 point subject. Details of the residential, together with contact details, will be posted on the AGSP website.
