CSU's Graduate Certificate in Training and Development is designed for managers who wish to develop skills in training and development of the human resources within their organisation.
The aim of the course is to prepare the student for managerial and specialised roles in training and development within the public and private sectors. On completion of the course it is anticipated that students will be able to:

Candidates may receive transfer credit for up to 50% of the course for prior study if they can demonstrate that such study was completed at a recognised higher education institution within the last 10 years at the postgraduate level. To apply for credit, candidates are required to submit with their application for admission a certified transcript of results and subject outline/curriculum of those subjects.
