Bachelor of Biotechnology (Medical) (Honours) BBiotech(Med)(Hons)
CSUs Bachelor of Biotechnology (Medical) (Honours) course is offered by the School of Biomedical Sciences and includes a substantial research project under which the eligible student will be able to develop and specialise.
About the course
The research strengths of the School of Biomedical Sciences are closely aligned with the disciplines included in the Bachelor degree courses. The key objectives of the program are to:
- provide knowledge and skills relevant to conducting research, especially for entry to higher degree courses
- develop an advanced level of knowledge in an area of specialisation
and - further develop verbal and written skills relevant to advanced studies.
Graduation requirements
To graduate, students must satisfactorily complete 64 points, comprising one 16 point subject and a 48 point Research Program component.
