HOLMESGLEN

This course comprises a Holmesglen and CSU component. The Holmesglen component is based on the Diploma in Hospitality Management curriculum (64 credit points). The CSU component, which must be undertaken after completion of the Holmesglen Diploma of Hospitality Management, consists of the following Core and Restricted Elective subjects:
