Bachelor of Science course requirements (192 points) are met in the double degree structure as follows:
Free elective subjects - 72 or 64 points, according to the major chosen - 32 points of the Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary) compulsory subjects can be credited towards this free elective component; the remaining 32 or 40 points (according to the Bachelor of Science major chosen) must be taken from subjects offered by the Faculty of Science, or from MTH, STA or ITC coded subjects;
Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary) course requirements (192 points) are met in the double degree course structure as follows:
Bachelor of Science major subject sequence (minimum of 64 points) can be credited towards the Discipline Major Studies component of the BTeach (Secondary) course.
Bachelor of Science minor subject sequence (32 points) can be credited towards the Discipline Minor Studies component of the Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary) course.
