Credit

A standard package of credit on entry of 64 points (VET08C) is awarded for students who hold a recognised vocational / professional qualification such as a trade certificate (Certificate III), advanced certificate (Certificate IV), associate diploma, diploma or the appropriate tertiary qualification and a minimum of three years' relevant industrial experience, or possess other qualifications deemed to be equivalent by the Faculty.

The BSZ4018 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment do not count as vocational qualifications for entry purposes.

Credit on entry of 24 points (VET03C) is awarded for students who hold the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - this credit is contingent upon successful completion of the subject EEB312 Reflective Practices and Lifelong Learning.

This credit exempts completion of the subjects EPT327 Effective Teaching in VET, EEE303 Training Design and Assessment, and EPT322 Training in Workplaces.
