The Bachelor of Wine Science is designed to develop knowledge and skills in winemaking, wine science, viticulture and wine appraisal. Students can complete their studies while working in the wine industry or by interchanging full-time study with distance education.
National and local agribusiness representatives met with CSU to consider how to prepare graduates for work in agricultural industries in the 21st century.
21 enthusiastic High School science students from the Riverina attended 3 days of workshops on Wagga Wagga Campus during January 2011.
Agriculture is facing many new challenges and demands. The way ahead is not the way of the past.
I chose to study at CSU because it is the only university to offer acombined degree in wine science and viticulture.
