CSU Card Issue and Eligibility
All CSU Cards are issued by Student Central. Offices are located at Albury, Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo and Wagga Wagga. Students and staff located at other CSU campuses should contact Student Central on their administrative campus.
Available card types include:
Student
Available to all CSU students enrolled in award and non award courses (students enrolled in courses delivered by CSU partners are not entitled to a CSU Card).

Staff
New Staff
Available to all permanent full time, part-time and casual staff (other categories of staff should see the details below for the Contractor card type and the Community card type). As part of your induction you will be directed to Student Central between 4 and 5pm on business days, you must fill out this form [.pdf] to have your photograph taken and a card produced.

Existing Staff
Existing staff can be issued a new format Staff card by presenting at Student Central between 4 and 5pm on business days. Staff with photos previously captured more than five years ago will be required to have a new photo taken. Staff located at campuses other than Albury, Bathurst, Orange or Wagga may supply a passport sized photo.
Contractor
Available to staff employed on a contract basis, sub contractors and staff of 3rd party organisations. Authorisation is required by the respective Head of School, Director or delegate. Where authorised, the card can provide one or more services eg electronic access to buildings or borrowing from the Library.
Community Card
Available to members of the community authorised to borrow from the Library and/or access services and facilities. For information on becoming a registered borrower with the Library.
Also available to Honorary, Visiting or Adjunct Staff and members of CSU Institutes who are individuals not employed by Charles Sturt University and are considered to have made or will make a significant contribution to the University, may be issued with a Community card [.doc].
