    • The new residence buildings are paired with an outdoor connecting courtyard to create five “houses” of 40 students. Each building has 12 bedrooms on the lower level, along with a kitchen, bathroom facilities, a dining area and a lounge/study area. Each upper level has eight bedrooms and bathroom facilities. There is a large laundry on each site and student parking is available. Each complex is complemented by an outdoor recreational space.

      Each complex has disabled access to each building from the car park as well as between the buildings and laundry facilities.

      Each complex is landscaped with native gardens and grasses. Pathways link the residences to the rest of the university.

      The developments include significant sustainable design elements aimed at minimising the environmental footprint at each location.
