Master of International Education (School Leadership)
"I chose CSU's Master of International Education (School Leadership) for several reasons. Firstly, it was co-designed with input from the Ontario Principals' Council and, as such, has a tremendous amount of relevant and applicable content for practising educators in Ontario."
"An additional incentive was the fact that some of the qualifications I had completed and that are recorded on my Ontario College of Teachers record card could be used for credit towards the completion of my degree.
"This made obtaining the degree, while also working as a full-time principal in a busy secondary school, an achievable goal.
"I have a huge interest in international education and I found that this course was a perfect fit to increase my knowledge of international issues in education, as well as key issues and content here in Ontario.
"The courses are entirely online, which made it easier for me to work on my own schedule while also balancing a demanding job and family life. In addition to this, most of the courses provide opportunities for the learner to select topics that are of personal interest, within the components of the course content. For example, I had the opportunity to select a country of my choice to study specific issues that are also relevant to education in Ontario."
