Sarah Trifogli, recipient of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) 2012 Women’s Scholarship in Strength and Conditioning. Sarah is the first Australian to be awarded this prestigious scholarship, and is completing her final session of her Bachelor of Exercise Science (Rehabilitation) at Bathurst.
