International Experience Program: Cambodia

Topic Area: Oral Health Therapy in Cambodia - Proposed 2013 program
During this two-week program CSU students will be hosted by One2One - a Cambodian charitable trust which provides dental care to the country's most needy citizens. Students will work with the Trust on dental treatment plans and health lessons in various locations in Cambodia. In addition to clinical work students will have the opportunity to explore the Culture and physical beauty of Cambodia.
When: 22 June - 6 July, 2013
Eligibility: Students enrolled in their final year of the Bachelor of Oral Health (Therapy/Hygiene)
Credit: Participants will complete clinical tasks to be signed off in a log-book. The log book will contribute to the requirements for DOH302 where they must complete a minimum number of clinical tasks to complete the subject.

NB: This program will require 6 students to proceed.
Program Cost: Approx. $2650*
*The $500 Vice Chancellor Travel Grant (for eligible students) is not awarded directly to individuals but has already been included in program costings.
Costs should include: international flights, insurance, meals, in-country accommodation, in-country transport.
Costs do not include CSU subject fee.
Please note: All CSU Global programs are group ticketed. Your program will depart from Sydney and return to Sydney on the dates listed.
