The NSW Government's Green Globe Awards celebrating excellence, leadership and innovation in sustainability.
Winners announced 28th October 2016.
The ACTS Green Gown Awards Australasia recognising excellence in sustainability within the tertiary education sector in Australasia.

Keep NSW Beautiful's Blue Star Sustainability Awards recognising and celebrating the hard work of NSW citizens who promote responsible environmental management in their local area.

Do you have an idea for a sustainability-related research project?
CSU's Annual Sustainability Grant Stream Two Sustainability Research Seed Grant funding is NOW OPEN. With a total funding pool of $40,000 applicants can apply for a maximum of $10,000 per project. The due date for Stream Two applications is Thursday 13th October 2016 by 5 pm.

CSU staff and students are encouraged to enter the 2016 ACTS Annual Photography Competition.
The theme "River to Reef" invites photographic entries featuring water, conceptualising the importance and connectivity of this most essential element.

Orange campus now has an organic waste collection through CSU Green's new initiative CSU Organics.
Orange campus is collecting food scraps and other organic waste in the staff and residence kitchens.
