Services
The Business Process Office offers the following services:
- Work with groups and individuals to model, review and analyse current state business processes.
- Assist in the design of processes as part of ongoing continuous improvement efforts or defined process improvement projects.
- Provide training in the use of methods, tools and techniques to enable groups and individuals to undertake process modelling, analysis, review and improvement.
- Build shared understanding of the impact of process change within and across organisational units through facilitating management and team workshops, tailored according to the needs of the audience.
