Updating Your Spam Rules
1. Open your ‘Rules Wizard’ by clicking on ‘Tools’ then ‘Rules Wizard’.
2. Select X-Spam Score
3. Select ‘modify’
4. On the next screen highlight the X-SPAM-Score:* then click on ‘Next’
5. Type in the text: or Content-Type: text/plain; name=:WARNING.TXT”
6. Then click ‘Add’. You will then see this screen:
7. You then need to click on ‘Next’ and then ‘Finish’.
You will need to check your deleted items or spam items folders occasionally to make sure that there are no emails in there which are not spam.
