- Network Registration and Access is based on the number of computers registered to access the network. Registered computers can be found at http://comms-accounts.csu.edu.au/ManagementReports
- There are no download charges incurred by visiting any CSU website (those that have .csu.edu.au in their URL)
- Download charges are only incurred for downloading from external websites (the Internet). No charge is incurred for data uploaded (from you to the Internet).
