Overview
iPass provides CSU staff with a means of accessing the Internet and CSU services from multiple internet service providers right around Australia and the world.
Unlike traditional internet service providers, iPass uses its advanced technologies to offer the world's largest remote access network with over 14,000 access points in 150 countries.
iPass doesn't depend upon a single network, therefore providing redundant access points globally.
iPass is fully interoperable with CSU facilities.
iPass @ CSU - Who can use iPass?
Any staff member employed by Charles Sturt University can use iPass. Initially, staff must seek budget manager approval to install and use iPass and must strictly abide by the university's policy for the use of University Computing and Communication Facilities
