Popular productivity apps for iOS
There are a wide range of both free and paid apps to help meet your mobile business requirements. A list of popular productivity apps is provided in the table below for your convenience.
Access to and payment for these apps is via the Apple App store, using either a CSU corporate credit card or previously purchased iTunes gift certificate. Selection of the most relevant app and payment is the responsibility of the school, faculty or division.
University data stored on or accessed from iOS devices remains the responsibility of the owner. Storing confidential CSU data on these devices should be avoided where possible. If you require assistance or advice about securing your CSU provided device, please contact the IT Service Desk.

Yammer offers you an intelligent and efficient way to connect with the information and people that you need to get work done. Collaborate and share ideas together in real time, no matter where you are. There are many CSU groups on Yammer. |

 Bridgit |
Use Bridgit to create or join a meeting and view the presenters screen. Highlight or annotate over that content just like you do on your computer. You can also use it with a SMART Board. Help topics are available inside the app by tapping the question mark in the bottom left corner. Dont forget to enter your name the first time you join a meeting. When prompted for the server URL enter bridgit.csu.edu.au |

 Intelli IM |
Intelli IM enables you to use Microsoft Office Communicator on your IOS device. The pro service has many features including individual and group messaging, contact list, full synchronisation - you can start the conversation on your computer but walk away and continue it on your iOS device, allowing push notifications means you get notified of messages even if the app is running in the background. The app provides access to the pro service for one month, if you do not purchase a subscription before the trial runs out it switches to the lite service which has less features. |
