Student printing

Introduction

Printing facilities (both Colour and Black and White) are available in Computer Laboratories and Libraries for students at Bathurst, Wagga Wagga, Thurgoona and Albury Campuses.

Printing on campus costs you money, and your printing accounts must be in credit to use this service. The charge is based on a cost per page printed.

Getting Started

To get you started all users have a $4 leeway, which equates to about 36 black/white pages or 10 colour pages. As you print, the printing costs are deducted from your balance. When you have 50 cents of your balance to go, you will be emailed a warning that your printing balance is low, and you should increase this balance by adding money to your printing account, so you can continue printing.

How to pay?

There are a variety of options to pay your print charges such as

Payment at the cashiers has a minimum receipt amount of $5, any amount will be accepted by credit card.  Any credit remaining at the end of your study may be refunded by attending the cashiers office at your local campus or by emailing refunds@csu.edu.au.

Once the payment is received and processed, you will be emailed a confirmation that your printing balance has been increased by the amount you have paid. This will normally occur within 10 minutes of the receipt of the payment.

Payments via the web with a credit card, are probably the most convenient, as you can make the payment whilst you are working, and wait for the corresponding confirmation email.

How Much Credit?

You should ensure your printing account balance is always in credit, to save any inconvenience. For example, you should calculate how much you spend on printing each month, and ensure your account has enough credit to pay for the following month.

Any credit remaining at the end of your study may be refunded by attending the cashiers office at your local campus or by emailing refunds@csu.edu.au.
