Once your booking has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from the IT Service Desk providing instructions on joining the conference and the conference ID. Please forward this email to your students and other participants.
The Two Dial In Options
The standard option is to provide the Wagga phone number as the dial in number to the participants. Those joining from outside of the Wagga local call area will incur STD charges from their telecommunications provider. It is a free call for those joining from within CSU using the internal number which is 34757. There is no charge to your school if the participants use the Wagga number to join.
The second option is charged at $10 per hour per connection and provides a 1300 number for the participants to dial into. This means they can join the teleconference from anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call. An account code must be provided when making the booking to select this option.
