Printing

Approved Printers for Thin Client
This spreadsheet lists all the current models of printers that are approved to be used through thin client.

Off Campus Printing

You can print from Thin Client (Category 3 & 4) to your default printer on your computer off campus or send the output to yourself or anyone else via email as an Adobe Acrobat PDF document. A small program must be installed on your computer to do this. It is a silent install which takes a few seconds.

CSU Student & Staff Access Category 3 and 4 printing

Students please note:

New printing software required, choose which Operating System type you have

32 Bit printing software option [.RDP3.0M]
64 Bit printing software option [.RDP3.12M]

Do one of the following

To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location.
To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk and then install the program.

You must restart your computer to start using the printing software.
For further information about remote printing on Thin Client, please refer to the document "Remote Printing.doc" located on the desktop of the Thin Client server you are using (Cat3 or Cat 4)
