Wireless - Mobile Computing at CSU
What is Wireless?
CSU Wireless is the wireless access network, offering fast, secure wireless connectivity to the CSU Network and the Internet. CSU Wireless is available in both outdoor and indoor locations across Albury, Bathurst, Dubbo, Ontario (Canada), Orange, Thurgoona, Wagga, Canberra and Goulburn Campuses.
CSU Wireless uses Wireless Technology IEEE 802.11b and 802.11g offering students and staff the ability to work from libraries, lecture, tutorial rooms, common areas and outdoor locations using their own wireless enabled laptop computers.
CSU Wireless is available to all current CSU Students and Staff with a valid CSU Login ID and Password and who have access to a laptop PC with compatible wireless technology installed.
Access for staff and students from other Universities is available to those institutions which are affiliates of the Eduroam Service through AARNet
