Instructions:
Click on the links and listen and watch the video. Each video lasts around ten minutes. You will be required to follow other links inside the videos. These will lead you to other instructional material or web pages which you are required to look at.
After you have watched the videos and downloaded the IT Induction manual you are required to fill in the quiz. This is for your benefit only, its a self assessment. If you get any wrong, please hit the review button at the end. Then click on your wrong answers (on the right navigation panel) to see the correct answers.
