Training provided by DIT
The Division of Information Technology offers training in a variety of subjects and you can undertake this training in a number of ways. All training is provided online and most is in the form of both a pdf document and an interactive video. If, after attempting to undertake the training course online you are having any difficulties or have any questions you can request an IT trainer contact you via the IT Service Desk. They will discuss your needs and arrange an alternative training method for you. DIT also provides many Self Help resources to assist you with information and communication technologies used at CSU.
If your department needs training in a specific area please contact the IT Trainers via the IT Service Desk and they will assist you to facilitate training to meet your requirements. Training in software which is not supported by CSU can be organised with outside training providers after consultation with the IT Training Team. The team have a list of training providers and can provide you with their contact details, locations and an approximate guide to course costs. You will need to get a current quote from the training provider before making a booking.

Armelenos
Armelenos provides online courseware to teach concepts about computers, IT and software. Step by step instructions in a variety of software applications are also available.
Modules are provided for beginner through to advanced to suit different staff knowledge and skill levels.

- Ability to access from anywhere you have an Internet connection
- Learner Summary Report listing which modules have been attempted, module completion percentage, progress score, time online and date of last access

Training rooms in Bathurst and Wagga Wagga
The Division of Information Technology has computer training rooms on both the Bathurst and Wagga Wagga campuses. These rooms can be booked for training at the discretion of the IT Trainers. The policy contains hours of availability, locations, equipment, provided software, additional software requests and costs, support, conditions of use and advises how to make a booking.
The Policy for the DIT Computer Training Rooms should be read (particularly the conditions of use and information required) before making a booking request.
