What Is This Service?

This is a searchable directory service that contains all CSU staff contact details.  The CSU Communications Directory can be searched by CSU staff, students and members of the public to locate a staff member's contact details.  My.csu provides a Communications Directory toolbox that is only accessible to staff and students. The publicly accessible Communications Directory is provided on the CSU contacts page http://www.csu.edu.au/contacts

What Is Included?

  • Ability to access from both on and off campus
  • Ability to search by last name, first name, username/email alias, phone number, fax number, position, department, building number
  • Ability to customise search
  • Ability to restrict search to a specific campus (only available from Communications Directory toolbox in my.csu)
  • Campus Based Listings - ability to view and print listings by campus
  • Entire CSU Communications Directory - ability to view and print details of all CSU staff

How Do I Initiate This Service?

Log into staff.csu, locate the Communications Directory toolbox, enter the search word into the Search box and press ENTER or use this link on the CSU Contacts page to search without logging in http://www.csu.edu.au/contacts

Browse the Entire CSU Communications Directory or CSU Service Directory or Campus Based Listings

Use this link to update your Communications Directory entry (fax, external phone number, location, mobile phone and to view your mobile number publicly)

To update your internal phone number, position, department or campus contact the IT Service Desk. 

How Much Does It Cost?

Provision, management and support of the Communications Directory and update self service is funded by the University and provided at no additional cost to staff.
