The University will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, letter or face to face. Do not disclose it to anyone. In conjunction with your username, your password authenticates you to access restricted systems and online services. You must treat your password like your ATM card PIN to prevent any unauthorised use. If you think someone knows your password and/or has logged into your account change your password immediately and advise the IT Service Desk of any activity not performed by you on your account.
All inclusions listed above are available to all staff. If your password has expired you must change it to restore your Internet access. The number of days until required password change is listed on the left-hand side of staff.csu when you log in. Retrieve your forgotten password at any time using the Forgotten Password link on the staff.csu login page.
The provision, maintenance and support of the Password Management system is funded by the University and provided at no additional cost to staff.
