Ebox

To ensure that our communications with you are conducted in the most secure, reliable and efficient manner we have designed a system where all official communications between you and the University are sent online as messages to your eBox and not by post.

What is the eBox?

Your eBox is your ‘electronic letter box’ to which all online official University communications will be sent. You should not confuse your eBox with email - they are not the same and work in very different ways. In addition to receiving official messages from the University in your eBox, you will also be able to reply to these messages online.

Using the eBox rather than email enables the University to check that each official communication, such as HECS notices and invoices, has been delivered to you and that you have read it. This tracking or checking capacity is necessary to ensure that important official messages to you and your responses to them do not go astray.

What the eBox means to you

All your official communications from the University will be sent to you online via your eBox and not by post. You should check your eBox on a regular basis (at least weekly) so that you do not miss any important official University communications.

Benefits of the eBox

The eBox provides:

How to access the eBox
