Thin Client

Key Points for Beginners

It can get confusing ! If you are using a normal Desktop PC you will have a Windows desktop within a Windows desktop. ie two Start buttons - one for your PC and one for the Thin Client session you are running. You can actually have several Windows within Windows ie you can access a Thin Client session within a Thin Client Session and on and on!

Using Outlook Staff can run the full desktop version of Outlook via Thin Client.

Be careful where you are Printing! Check your default printer before you print. A Thin Client Staff Desktop will only print to CSU printers. Printing at home is available from the Non-standard desktop only.
