Planning, Design and Construction

A significant number of permanent and contract staff facilitate the Planning, Design & Construction (PD&C) for all CSU facilities within the Division of Facilities Management.

The principal role of this group is to implement the agreed Infrastructure Plan - Capital Development, which is the structured five year rolling facilities investment and improvement plan. 

PD&C engage a range of consultants to assist this large portfolio of works which ranges from Campus Master Planning, new building design and construction through to refurbishment of existing buildings.

PD&C also manages and maintains the CSU Heritage Register and facilitates the management of these assets.
