Division of Facilities Management

The Division of Facilities Management is responsible for developing and maintaining the campuses of Charles Sturt University, to provide a conducive and sustainable environment for safe living, learning, teaching and research.

The Division plans, designs, constructs and maintains the buildings and environments on our campuses at Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange and Wagga.

24 Apr 13 DFM wishes to advise the closure of building 268 car park from 7.00am Tuesday April 30 through to Tuesday May14, to allow upgrade works to be conducted.  See road closure plan. Further inquiries contact Neal Molineaux.

8 Apr 13 It's here!  FMCentral is CSU's new spatial management system. All University staff, students and guests can now view campus buildings and facilities information via the internet.  To go to FMCentral click here.

20 Mar 13 DFM is pleased to announce the commencement of construction of building E20 - Community Engagement & Wellness centre (CEW) on the Bathurst campus. See CEW project page.

4 Mar 13 Please note that the roads within the University campuses are deemed public roads and are subject to the rules & regulations as administered by the NSW Police and the Roads & Maritime Services. Police regularly patrol our campuses and these patrols include the monitoring of vehicle speeds.

18 Dec 12 Wagga Campus New Student Residences Construction Site on Valder Way. Site enabling works are planned to commence on Mon 7 Jan 2013. Pedestrian movements along Walla Walk will change  and parking restrictions on Valder Way site will come into place. Please refer to Traffic Management Plan.
