Project Brief
The scope comprises of general refurbishment works as follows:
Classrooms and the Swan Theatre:
- Upgrade of fire detection, fire escape signage and emergency lighting
- Install new energy efficient lighting throughout and
- New signage to CSU current Standards
Classrooms only:
- Replace existing floor finishes
- Replace existing entry doors and Western elevation glazing????
- Provide electronic card access where appropriate
- Removal of redundant services and
- Installation of new Air Conditioning
